Check out the weekend brunch menu with all you can drink Mimosas from 10am to 1pm every Saturday and Sunday and our famous Tavern Bloody Mary!

We have a full liquor bar with many different beers on tap, along with a great selection of craft beers! We also carry vodka, gin and rum from the St. Augustine Distillery. These small batch craft spirits are made with fresh Florida crops and have an incredibly smooth taste. Upstairs at The Bounty, we have our own private stock whiskey, made locally in small batches of oak charred barrels and hand selected by Flagler Tavern. Ask your server for the latest selections available. Below are just a few of the drinks on our ever changing specialty cocktail menu.

Specialty Cocktails

FLORIDA MULE
St. Augustine handcrafted vodka mixed with ginger beer syrup and topped with fresh mint and candied ginger. Served in a traditional copper mug.

BLONDE MOJITO
Papa’s Pilar 3yr aged Blonde Rum, fresh mint, lime, and Simple Syrup all muddled together topped off with soda water and garnished with a Rock Candy swizzle stick and a sprig of mint.

KEY LIME PIE MARGARITA
Patron Silver, Whipped Cream Vodka, sweet & sour, topped off with whip cream, and graham cracker rimmed glass – We took the dessert of the Florida Keys and put it into a cocktail.

THE “24 YEAR” STORM
Papa’s Pilar 24yr Aged Rum and ginger beer served on the rocks with a lime slice and piece of candied ginger.

NOT YOUR “PAPA’S” OLD FASHION
Our twist on this handmade classic cocktail. We take Papa’s Pilar 24yr aged rum, a couple dashes of Orange Bitters, Brandied Cherry Syrup, a hint of Simple Syrup, and a splash of water. Garnished with an orange slice and a premium Luxardo Cherry.

PAIN KILLER
Invented at the “Soggy Dollar Bar” in the British Virgin Islands. Pusser’s Rum, Cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and orange juice – We shake it all together and top it off with ground nutmeg.

JUICY PIRATE
Cruzan Coconut, Captain Morgan, and Peach di Vigne mixed with orange and pineapple juice.

ANTIOXIDANT COBBLER
Veev acai-berry vodka mixed with sweet & sour topped off with fresh blueberries and a sprig of mint.
