We are excited to announce our new Tapas menu available now in The Bounty, our not-so-secret speakeasy, upstairs at Flagler Tavern.
Flagler Tavern is a local’s favorite for fun times, entertainment and more recently, great food! This has always been a place to meet people, listen to live music, dance and just have a fun experience. Flagler Tavern will always be all of the above, but with the acquisition of world class chefs we are fast becoming known for the quality of our food.
Our three year long remodel is almost complete with a new kitchen and very distinct, separate dining areas, each with its own ambiance. As a part of the remodel and expansion, The Bounty was created on the second floor. This area offers a different dining experience, where it’s resident master mixologists pair handcrafted cocktails and craft beers to the menu. One of the most exciting additions to The Bounty menu, is the new Tapas Menu. Launched in May, the new Tapas menu includes traditional tapas and soon to be new favorites like delicious Crispy Brussel Sprouts, House-made Hummus, Smoked Salmon Carpaccio, 24 Hour Sous Vide Pork Belly, Grilled Succulent Lamb Pops, Fried Oyster Deviled Eggs, Blue Cheese Chorizo Stuffed Dates and many more!
The Bounty and Bounty Deck (upstairs at Flagler Tavern) is open for lunch at noon weekdays and 10am for brunch on Saturday and Sunday. We continue through dinner and late-night dining until 11pm. The new Tapas menu is served exclusively upstairs in The Bounty. For late-late night dining on Friday and Saturday nights, The Bounty also offers a craft your own Gourmet Grilled Cheese sandwich from 11pm to close.
