Recently during a routine audit of our internal credit card processing systems, we discovered a small number of transactions were delayed during the period between 7/12 through 7/18 while the system was being updated. Not every transaction was impacted and our credit card processor and POS (Point of Sale system provider) partners have been assisting us in getting the delayed transactions processed post haste. We are sorry if this delay in billing has created any confusion and we are here to assist in anyway that we can should you have a question about the transaction.
If you were a guest at Flagler Tavern and used your credit card to pay for food, beverages, merchandise or a gift card from July 12th through July 18th and you are just now seeing the transaction come through on your credit or debit card, we wanted to make you aware of the reason why.
