10:00 AM – 1:00 PM Available on the Main Floor, Decks, and The Bounty Speakeasy and Bounty Deck

Kick off your morning with our famous Bottomless Mimosas and dive into our fan-favorite brunch selections:

• Chicken and Waffles: Two warm pearl sugar waffles and crispy fried chicken, topped with signature honey butter, hot honey sauce, and green onions.
• Lobster & Crab Omelet: Maine lobster and crabmeat sautéed in garlic butter, folded with whipped brie and fresh tarragon. Served with a sherry cream reduction and your choice of side.
• Brie Berry Waffles: For those with a sweet tooth—pearl sugar waffles topped with fresh berries and powdered sugar, served over decadent whipped brie.
• The Benedicts: Choose your favorite style: Traditional, Applewood Smoked Bacon, or our signature Crab Cake Benedict.

Entrées

• Baked Stuffed Haddock: Wild-caught Haddock stuffed with a savory crab cake mixture and spices, topped with a bright lemon beurre blanc sauce. (Served with your choice of one side).
• Honey Glazed Spiral Ham Dinner: A holiday classic! Tender spiral ham with a sweet honey glaze, served with homestyle mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, sautéed green beans, and a fresh roll.

Dessert

• Three-Layer Carrot Cake: Moist cake loaded with shredded carrots, pecans, and crushed pineapple, finished with real cream cheese icing and a pecan garnish.
