As we prepare for Hurricane Milton’s approach and continue to monitor Milton as it approaches Florida’s West Coast, we want to let you know we are open today beginning at 11:30am. We are in regular close contact and coordinating with local emergency personnel and will remain open today so long as it is safe for both our visitors and staff to remain so.
We will update with you on our social media channels should conditions change. But for now, we will remain open and staffed with our 150kw generator should the island lose power.
We are offering this as a service for our customers who may be stuck on the island and/or without power and would like hot food, a cold drink, and the company of fellow guests.
We’ll also remain open to provide meals and service to our emergency personnel as well as a safe, air conditioned environment with power, should we have any extended periods without power for our local residents.
Please note: In the event Flagler Avenue gets some flooding, please use caution should you make the drive over and please refrain from causing a wake that further floods buildings that are more susceptible to flooding. We recommend entering through our back parking lot both to prevent causing any wake, and if parts of Flagler Avenue are closed due to flooding.
