2nd Course: Lobster Cakes with Fresh Tarragon, Mango Slaw and Lemon Aioli
3rd Course: Prosciutto Wrapped Dates, Fresh Dates Stuffed with Goat Cheese, Local Honey and Cracked Black Pepper, Wrapped in Prosciutto and Topped with a Balsamic Drizzle and served with a Celery Ribbon Garnish
4th Course: Espresso Dry Rubbed Filet Mignon, Herb Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Baby Asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce
5th Course: Rich Dark Chocolate Mousse, served with a Madagascar Vanilla Bean Whip and Topped with a fresh Strawberry
