with salt and pepper served on a bed of crispy pork belly.
Burrata Bruchetta – Two Burrata mozzarella balls baked with diced tomatoes, red onions, garlic and fresh basil finished with balsamic glaze served on crostini.

Two Hearts Salad – Roasted
artichoke hearts, avocado, candied walnuts and shaved Parmesan cheese tossed
with fresh spinach, served with an herb dressing.
Fried Goat Cheese Salad –
Fresh Spring mix, grape tomatoes, red onions and cucumber tossed with raspberry
walnut dressing and topped with our
fried goat cheese balls made with thyme and local honey.

Filet Mignon Medallions – Grilled tenderloin medallions in a savory veal demi-glace served with wild mushroom risotto, fresh shaved parmesian and asparagus.
Stuffed Flounder – Flaky
fresh local flounder with a crab cake stuffing, topped with
Blood Orange Beurre Blanc sauce served with lemon ginger rice and asparagus.
Rock Shrimp Scampi – Succulent rock shrimp sautéed scampi-style in a garlic, white wine sauce with asparagus and cherry tomatoes tossed with Campanelle pasta.
