Hello, September! We’re kicking off the new month with a long holiday weekend—and Flagler Tavern is ready to make the most of every minute of it.
From Friday, September 4, through Labor Day Monday, September 7, we’ll be serving four holiday weekend creations alongside all your Flagler Tavern favorites.
Start with our smoky Char-Grilled Corn Ribs, tossed in zesty lime-seasoned butter with Tajín and served with sriracha aioli. Keep things colorful with our Red, White & Blue Caprese, featuring arugula, blueberries, grape tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil finished with balsamic glaze.
For the main event, dig into our Chimichurri Bowl—grilled chicken thighs over lemon-ginger jasmine rice with creamy avocado and a bright tomato and red onion salad. Then finish the weekend on a sweet note with a warm, cast-iron Blueberry Cobbler Skillet topped with vanilla ice cream.
And because no long weekend should end early, we’ve added even more live music and entertainment from Thursday straight through Labor Day Monday. Enjoy afternoon and early-evening live music, late-night bands, DJs, Dueling DJs and our Monday-night line-dancing tradition.
