First Course

A single Northern oyster, topped with an iced Truffalo granita

Second Course

Two single-bone pistachio crusted Lamb Lollipops, served with a local honey drizzle, and garnished with coarse ground mustard, arugula, mint, and house-pickled onion

Third Course

Puff Pastry Seabass Bite- a pan seared seabass bite served on top of puff pastry with tarragon cream sauce and prosciutto chip

Palate Cleanser – Lemon sorbet with basil chiffonade

Fourth Course

Creamy Crab Bisque

Fifth Course

Winter Salad with pear, Gorgonzola, roasted pecans, arugula, and prosciutto tossed in a local honey champagne vinaigrette

Sixth Course

Crispy Duck – a crispy duck hind quarter, with mandarin garlic sauce on a bed of pickled Napa cabbage

Seventh Course

4oz Petite Filet Mignon paired with a large, seared sea scallop topped with a fresh herb compound butter and served with roasted mini rainbow carrots

Eighth Course

Coconut cream torte with local dairy cream and fresh shaved coconut
