Wild Mushroom Tart – A trio of Shitake, Oyster, and Trumpet Mushrooms with gruyere, merlot reduction and white truffle oil

Crispy Duck Legs – Crispy duck legs served on a bed of fresh greens and topped with a citrus port cherry drizzle

Scallops & Caviar – Large Sea Scallops on top of crispy sweet potatoes cakes served with a Caviar butter sauce

Crab Bisque – Made rich with Sherry and cream, fresh herbs and seasonings then topped with lump blue crab

Seven Onion Soup – A Medley of onions come together to create a rich and savory soup
made with beef broth then topped with a freshly baked crostini and gruyere

Winter Citrus Salad – Seasonally chosen citrus including tangerines, grapefruit, and blood
oranges with arugula, goat cheese, and candied walnuts served with an orange Dijon vinaigrette

brown butter sage mashed potatoes, roasted parsnips, rainbow carrots and turnups with natural jus

8 oz. Grass-fed Florida beef Filet Mignon nestled in Bordelaise with crispy onions and
served with fresh asparagus, roasted red potatoes and a side of farm fresh Bearnaise  


Chargrilled Whole Snapper

Gulf-caught, whole snapper becomes pleasantly crisp on the chargrill,
served with Thai-inspired coconut rice, sugar snap peas and a specialty Miso sauce on the side
