Whiskey Sampling
Sample four award-winning Westward Whiskeys:
Single Malt, Pinot Noir Cask, Stout Cask and Cask Strength

1st Course: Sweet Cornbread Oysters
Fresh oysters topped with house-made, fire roasted
golden sweet cornbread crumble

2nd Course: Pork Candy Crostini
Butter toasted crostini topped with thick cut pork belly,
candied crispy and juicy, finished with local spicy pickled cucumbers

3rd Course: Smoked Duck Medallions
Woodfired duck medallions drizzled with Westward Whiskey Pinot Noir Cask blackberry coulis, mashed potato puree and rainbow baby carrots

4th Course: Slow and Low Ribs with Succotash
Smokey habanero dry rubbed pork ribs, cooked slow and low,
mopped with scratch whiskey BBQ sauce on a bed of succotash

5th Course: Southern Blueberry Cobbler
Scratch-made blueberry pie filling infused with Westward Single Malt Whiskey, blanketed by a soft cake-like topping, complimented with vanilla bean gelato

This ticket includes ticket price $125 plus 20% gratuity ($25). You will be charged $150 plus Florida Sales Tax. Ticket includes dinner for one (1) person, and whiskey sampling.  Please purchase all tickets for the same table at the same time or let us know in order notes if you wish to be seated with another group.   **Unfortunately, substitutions or special meal requests cannot be accommodated.
