Uncork a memorable evening and toast to Dad at The Bounty, Flagler Tavern’s charming speakeasy. This Father’s Day, celebrate with a curated pre-fixe menu complemented by a selection of fine bourbons and craft beers, available for an additional charge.

On Sunday, June 16th, indulge in a delectable multi-course feast featuring a complimentary amuse bouche, followed by a selection of enticing main courses.

1st Course: Sizzling Carne Asada Street Tacos
Savory marinated skirt steak with a touch of heat, accompanied by blistered jalapeno guacamole, torched queso fresco, and tomatillo salsa verde.

2nd Course: 1928 Wedge Salad
A classic wedge salad with iceberg lettuce, crisp pork belly, Point Reyes blue cheese, heirloom tomatoes, charred onion, and a touch of balsamic glaze.

3rd Course: Sweet & Smoky Scallops
Seared scallops served on a bed of sweet corn puree, accented with applewood smoked bacon, chives, and creamy burrata.

4th Course: St. Louis-Style Ribs
Succulent ribs glazed with our signature habanero peach honey BBQ, served with hand-cut steak fries, a refreshing pickled slaw, and a decadent Vermont white cheddar mac and cheese.

5th Course: Salted Caramel Panna Cotta with Praline Crumble
A delightful end to the evening, featuring a smooth panna cotta with a touch of caramel and a crunchy praline topping.

This ticket includes ticket price $59.95 plus 20% gratuity ($11.99). You will be charged $71.94 plus Florida Sales Tax. Ticket includes dinner for one (1) person.  Bourbon and/or Beer Sampling available for a supplemental charge.
