New Year’s Eve Dinner in The Bounty 2021


8 Course Chef Tasting Menu
Friday, December 31, 2021
$125.00 per person, plus sales tax and gratuity*
Doors open at 5:30pm for ticket holders
Dinner 6:30pm to 9pm

1st Course:  A single Northern oyster, topped with an iced Truffalo granita

2nd Course: Two single-bone pistachio crusted Lamb Lollipops, served with a local honey drizzle, and garnished with coarse ground mustard, arugula, mint, and house-pickled onion

3rd Course:  Puff Pastry Seabass Bite- a pan seared seabass bite served on top of puff pastry with tarragon cream sauce and prosciutto chip

Palate Cleanser:  Lemon sorbet with basil chiffonade

4th Course:  Creamy Crab Bisque

5th Course:  Winter Salad with pear, Gorgonzola, roasted pecans, arugula, and prosciutto tossed in a local honey champagne vinaigrette

6th Course:   Crispy Duck – a crispy duck hind quarter, with mandarin garlic sauce on a bed of pickled Napa cabbage

7th Course:  4oz Petite Filet Mignon paired with a large seared sea scallop topped  with a fresh herb compound butter and served with roasted mini rainbow carrots

8th Course:  Coconut cream torte with local dairy cream and fresh shaved coconut

Optional wine pairing will be available to purchase on-site for a supplemental charge.

*Your ticket includes re-entry priority wristband into the Bounty Bash, Bounty NYE Party from 9:30pm to 2am.

There will be one seating at 6:30pm with an optional cocktail hour for ticket holders from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.  Beverages during cocktail hour or the addition of our optional wine pairing is an additional charge that may be purchased the day of the event.

This ticket includes ticket price $125.00* plus 20% gratuity ($25.00). You will be charged $150.00 plus Florida Sales Tax per ticket. Ticket includes dinner for one (1) person plus re-entry into the Bounty Bash for New Year’s Eve cocktails, music and complimentary champagne toast..
