1st Course:  Scallop and Caviar – Seared Sea Scallop, Garlic confit cauliflower, Beurre Blanc, Caviar

2nd Course:  Blue Crab Bisque – Sherry, Cream, Lump Crab, Garlic Toast Point

3rd Course:  Pumpkin Ravioli – Maple Brown Butter, Crisp Sage, Toasted Hazelnuts, Shaved Parmesan

4th Course:  Filet Oscar – Florida Cattle Ranchers Filet Mignon, Butter Poached Lobster, Truffle Mashed Potatoes, Asparagus, Bearnaise

5th Course:  Apple Crisp – Local Honey, Butterscotch, Salted Pistachios

Optional wine pairing will be available to purchase on-site for a supplemental charge.

*Your ticket includes re-entry priority wristband into the Bounty Bash, Bounty NYE Party from 9:30pm to 2am.

Join us in The Bounty, Flagler Tavern’s nautical-themed speakeasy for dinner this New Year’s Eve, Saturday, December 31, 2022 for a very special  5 Course Chef’s tasting menu created for you by our award winning culinary team.

There will be one seating at 6:30pm with an optional cocktail hour for ticket holders from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.  Beverages during cocktail hour or the addition of our optional wine pairing is an additional charge that may be purchased the day of the event.

This ticket includes ticket price $99.50* plus 20% gratuity ($19.90). You will be charged $119.40 plus Florida Sales Tax per ticket. Ticket includes dinner for one (1) person plus re-entry into the Bounty Bash for New Year’s Eve cocktails, and music.

Then starting at 9:30pm it’s the festive and fun Bounty Bash! Dinner guests get priority admittance, and after 9:30pm open for all to enjoy! It’s a first come first serve basis and space is limited, so get here early!
