New Year’s Eve Dinner in The Bounty 2023

Doors open at 5:30pm for ticket holders
Dinner 6:30pm to 9pm

1st Course
Lamb Meat Pie
Traditional Australian meat pie with slow roasted lamb shanks and vegetables incased in a flakey crust

2nd Course
Deconstructed New England Clam Chowder
Middleneck clams, steamed potatoes, clam noodles, pork belly, and a cream foam come together in this take on a classic soup

3rd Course
Tavern Wedge Salad
Crisp iceberg lettuce, gorgonzola cheese, candied pecans, thick cut bacon bits, and blue cheese dressing

4th Course
Your Choice of Filet Oscar or Coq Au Vin
Filet Oscar – Florida Cattle Ranchers Filet Mignon, Butter Poached Lobster, Truffle Mashed Potatoes, Asparagus, Bearnaise, OR
Coq Au Vin – Chicken braised in Red Burgundy Wine with Mushrooms, Garlic and Carrots served with brown butter sage Yukon mashed potatoes

Champagne Strawberry Shortcake

Then starting at 9:30pm it’s the festive and fun Bounty Bash! Dinner guests get priority admittance, and after 9:30pm open for all to enjoy! It’s a first come first serve basis and space is limited, so get here early!

Join us in The Bounty, Flagler Tavern’s nautical-themed speakeasy for dinner this New Year’s Eve, Sunday, December 31, 2023 for a very special  5 Course Chef’s tasting menu created for you by our award winning culinary team.

There will be one seating at 6:30pm with an optional cocktail hour for ticket holders from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.  Beverages during cocktail hour or the addition of our optional wine pairing is an additional charge that may be purchased the day of the event.

This ticket includes ticket price $99.50* plus 20% gratuity ($19.90). You will be charged $119.40 plus Florida Sales Tax per ticket. Ticket includes dinner for one (1) person plus re-entry into the Bounty Bash for New Year’s Eve cocktails, and music.
