MENU:

1st Course: A Flavorful Start
Roasted Vegetable & Goat Cheese Terrine: A rich and savory terrine layered with roasted peppers, eggplant, zucchini and squash, creamy goat cheese with a hint of Cabernet Sauvignon, topped with fresh basil and balsamic reduction

2nd Course: A Fresh and Festive Salad
Market Salad: A vibrant winter salad featuring crisp Kale and Frisee, sweet pomegranate, tangy goat cheese, pickled pears, and brown butter pecans, dressed in a lavender honey vinaigrette.

3rd Course: Your Choice of Indulgence

Filet Mignon: A tender, juicy filet mignon, topped with a rich garlic herb butter, served with creamy Potato Dauphinoise and grilled asparagus with Hollandaise sauce
OR
Sweet & Smokey Scallops: Large seared sea scallops, paired with Applewood smoked bacon, sweet corn puree, chives, and creamy Burrata, finished with a drizzle of peach-infused honey

4th Course: A Decadent Finale
Dark Chocolate Mousse: A velvety smooth dark chocolate mousse, complemented by a champagne strawberry compote with a Madagascar vanilla bean whip

Then starting at 9:30pm it’s the festive and fun Bounty Bash! Dinner guests get priority admittance, and after 9:30pm open for all to enjoy! It’s a first come first serve basis and space is limited, so get here early!

Join us in The Bounty, Flagler Tavern’s nautical-themed speakeasy for dinner this New Year’s Eve, Tuesday, December 31, 2024, for a very special 4 Course Chef’s Dinner created for you by our award-winning culinary team.

There will be one seating at 6:30pm with an optional cocktail hour for ticket holders from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.  Beverages during cocktail hour or the addition of our optional wine pairing is an additional charge that may be purchased the day of the event.

This ticket includes ticket price $99.50* plus 20% gratuity ($19.90). You will be charged $119.40 plus Florida Sales Tax per ticket. Ticket includes dinner for one (1) person plus re-entry into the Bounty Bash for New Year’s Eve cocktails, and music.
