Valentine’s Day Dinner in The Bounty


5 Course Chef Tasting Menu Tuesday, February 14, 2023
$99.50 per person, plus sales tax and gratuity*
Doors open at 5:30pm for ticket holders Dinner 6:30pm to 9pm

1st Course:  Oyster Duo, One Baked Oyster Rockefeller, and One Raw Oyster with Champagne Mignonette
2nd Course:  Lobster Cakes with Fresh Tarragon, Mango Slaw and Lemon Aioli
3rd Course:  Prosciutto Wrapped Dates, Fresh Dates Stuffed with Goat Cheese, Local Honey and Cracked Black Pepper, Wrapped in Prosciutto and Topped with a Balsamic Drizzle and served with a Celery Ribbon Garnish
4th Course:  Espresso Dry Rubbed Filet Mignon, Herb Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Baby Asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce
5th Course:  Rich Dark Chocolate Mousse, served with a Madagascar Vanilla Bean Whip and Topped with a fresh Strawberry

Optional wine pairing will be available to purchase on-site for a supplemental charge.

There will be one seating at 6:30pm with an optional cocktail hour for ticket holders from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.  Beverages during cocktail hour or the addition of our optional wine pairing is an additional charge that may be purchased the day of the event. This ticket includes ticket price $99.50* plus 20% gratuity ($19.90). You will be charged $119.40 plus Florida Sales Tax per ticket.  TICKETS WILL BE HELD AT WILL CALL FOR PICKUP ON DAY OF EVENT.
