8 Course Chef Tasting Menu Monday, February 14, 2022
$125.00 per person, plus sales tax and gratuity*
Doors open at 5:30pm for ticket holders Dinner 6:30pm to 9pm

1st Course:  A single Northern oyster, served with Champagne Mignonette
2nd Course:  Shrimp Kiss – a jumbo shrimp, stuffed with jalapeño cream cheese and wrapped in bacon
3rd Course:  A pair of single-bone Lamb Lollipops, served with Chimichurri sauce
4th Course:  Crispy, savory fritters made with Gouda cheese and served with Chipotle aioli
Palate Cleanser
5th Course: 
Hearts of Palm Salad – with hearts of palm, mandarin oranges, toasted almonds, Frissee lettuce, and lemon vinaigrette
6th Course:  Maine Lobster Raviolis served with a sherry cream sauce
7th Course:  Mini Beef Wellington made with Florida Cattle Rancher’s All Florida Beef petite filet, and mushroom duxelles, wrapped in puff pastry
and served with baby asparagus and a Cabernet Sauvignon demi-glace
8th Course:  Rich Chocolate Mousse, served with fresh, local Florida strawberries

Optional wine pairing will be available to purchase on-site for a supplemental charge.

Executive Chef Robert Borst and Executive Sous Chef and Catering Manager Bianca McCollumThere will be one seating at 6:30pm with an optional cocktail hour for ticket holders from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.  Beverages during cocktail hour or the addition of our optional wine pairing is an additional charge that may be purchased the day of the event. This ticket includes ticket price $125.00* plus 20% gratuity ($25.00). You will be charged $150.00 plus Florida Sales Tax per ticket.  TICKETS WILL BE HELD AT WILL CALL FOR PICKUP ON DAY OF EVENT.
