I am seriously so excited for the four course menu Chef Rob put together for thanksgiving! I will be working for both seatings, but that won’t stop me from ordering off this special bill of fare. I cannot resist the holiday goodness coming out of his kitchen this year.
As most of you know, I’ll never steer you wrong when in comes to food or booze, since they are both sort of my thing. I already have my 4 Course Thanksgiving Plan of Attack already laid out. Which I will share with you now.
1st: Steak Tatar topped with an duck fat poached egg yolk served alongside chef’s housemade truffle potato chips. I plan on licking the plate clean.
2nd: Can a soup be sexy? The answer is, yes. Butternut squash bisque for me baby.
3rd: For the first time in my life… I will treating myself to the holy meat trio in Chef’s Turducken Roulade – Turkey, Duck and Chicken Rolled up with asparagus, like a holiday present served on top of cornbread stuffing. Truely can’t wait to check this off my Foodie Bucket List
4th: For the grand finale … 3 different Creme Brûlée , because having just one wouldn’t make any sense to me. Pumpkin + Salted Caramel + Chocolate Peanut Butter… Oh My!!!
