When life throws you a Bounty Burger, eat it.
My dreams at night revolve around Chef Chris Lay’s OCG (original culinary gangster) creation, the Bounty Burger. It is, without a doubt, the best burger in New Smyrna Beach. Juicy chargrilled angus beef , merlot sautéed onions, house bacon jam, gooey sharp cheese, peppery arugula on a buttery brioche bun. A sidekick of beer battered fries to satisfy all your savory cravings. I’m getting more and more hungry as I type.

Are you wondering what might pair with a Bounty Burger? As always, I have some recommendations for you.
For the wine lover in you, a big glass of B.R. Cohn Silver Label Cabernet Sauvignon from Bounty’s amazing wine selection. The juicy dry red from the North Coast region of California will take your bounty burger experience to the next level. This Cali Cab is jam packed with lush notes of blackberry, clove and black current. The dry style of our silver label cabernet will wash over your palate, making every bite feel like the first bite after each sip.
Beer may be your preference. In that case order an Elysian Space Dust IPA off our taps. A malty sweetness up front lead into a hoppy bitter finish. Packing a whooping 8.2 ABV per pint, it gives meaning to the phase “get dusted”. The umami (savory) flavor of the Bounty Burger is complimented perfectly by the fruit and bitter notes of this out of this world brew. Always feel free to ask for a taste.
Last but not least, a cocktail pairing for you my friend. Go for the Da Porker baby! My personal favorite bacon cocktail of all time. The Da Porker is liquid magic made from a combination of in-house bacon fat washed Woodford Reserve Bourbon and New Orleans’s praline liquor, garnish with a torched slice of candied bacon. Bacon + Burger = Peanut Butter + Jelly
