1st Course: Aww, shucks
Fresh Shucked Raw East Coast Oyster, Watermelon Mint Mignonette

Briny and sweet East Coast oysters, complimented by a refreshing watermelon and mint mignonette. This sophisticated combination creates a celebration of the sea and the garden, with each bite offering a burst of flavors and textures that will surely make you blush with joy.
2nd Course: It is Officially a Crush
Pistachio Crusted Lamb Pops, Cabernet Demi-Glace
Succulent lamb, seasoned and grilled, then encrusted with a tantalizing blend of crushed pistachios and aromatic herbs. Seved with a rich and flavorful Cabernet demi-Glace, these lamb pops are a delight for the senses, leaving you breathless.
3rd Course:  The First Date
Maine Lobster Bisque, Creme Fraiche, Chives
Succulent Maine lobster, lovingly folded into a rich sherry bisque, offers a symphony of flavors that tantalizes the palate. The velvety richness of butter and cream will make you not want to say goodnight.
4th Course:  Meet the Parents
Burrata, Marinated Heirlooms, Peaches, Basil, Arugula
Creamy burrata cheese, bursting with a decadent center, nestled atop a bed of marinated heirloom tomatoes. Juicy, ripe peaches add a touch of sweetness, while fresh basil and arugula lend an aromatic essence that would impress any future mother-in-law.
5th Course: Moving in Together
Petite Filet, Roasted Mushrooms & Shallots, Duchess Potatoes, Asparagus Spears

Tender filet, blanketed in mushrooms and shallots, roasted until caramelized and full of flavor. Paired with creamy, golden brown duchess potato flutes and asparagus spears, this dish will warm anyone’s pots and pans.
6th Course: She Said Yes
Vanilla Sponge Cake, Strawberry Buttercream, Chocolate Covered Strawberries, Macarons
Light and airy vanilla sponge cake, cloaked in a silky and sweet strawberry-infused buttercream. Complimented with milk chocolate covered strawberries and a strawberry macaron, this dessert seals the deal with a sweet kiss.
