Exciting times over here at the one and only, Bounty Bar in Sunny NSB. Since hottest season is upon us, it is only natural that we look out for your drinking pleasure and add some new super fresh summer cocktails to our menu!
As you already know, we only use the freshest and finest ingredients in our hand crafted cocktails. Some of our new offerings will karate chop the humidity in half. Fresh watermelon, cool cucumber, bright lemon and freshly batched sangria on tap! It is going to be a wicked cool summer! Come on by then sip, savor, repeat all night long.

The Cucumber Blossom Cocktail: Hendricks Gin + Saint Germain Elder Flower Liqueur + Hand Pressed Lemon Juice + Housemade Earl Grey Tea Syrup + Fresh Cucumber
Shaken, Served Up in a chilled Coupe Glass and Garnish with Cucumber Wheel. Pairs beautifully with a dozen of our raw oysters and a side of chorizo stuffed dates topped with blue cheese crumble.
The Lavender Collins: Monkey 47 Gin + Hand Pressed Lemon Juice + Housemade Lavender & Orange Blossom Honey Syrup + Bubbles + Honey Lavender Sugar Rim
Shaken, Served Up over rocks in a Collin’s Glass. Garnish with slice of lemon. Pairs so well with authentic hummus and pita bread off Bounty’s Tapas menu. Also is wonderful with our creme brûlée.
The Fiesta en tu Boca : Altos Silver Tequila + Fresh Watermelon, Cilantro and Jalapeño + Hand Pressed Lime Juice + Amber Agave
Shaken, Served over crushed ice in a Pilsner Glass. Garnish with cilantro and jalapeño. Pairs wonderfully with a ceviche stuffed avocado!! The combo will truly be a fiesta in your mouth!
